Alex and his team at the Galleria location are nothing but top shelf service. They were able to get my truck aligned when four other shops couldn’t. The suspension has been modified with the lift on the front and stock height on the rear so it appears to be squatted. All of the shops that looked at it said you cannot align it. However, Alex and his team knocked it out and got it 100 with factory specs. Truck drives like a dream. Kudos to Alex and his team.

Originally scheduled appointment for OBD2 Scan on 19 Jun 2026. Upon arrival, I was told that they would not be able to handle my request that day, however I was allowed to speak with mechanic to find his next work day. We agreed on Sunday, June 20,2026 @ 9:00 am. Upon arrival on Sunday, June 20, 2026, I was met by the store manager and told that he could not have his only mechanic tied up with my diagnostic. I would say this is a decent place for tires, however nothing to write home about for other auto care.

I brought my truck to Pep Boys for an oil change and was quoted $98. After I dropped the truck off and they had already started the work, I was contacted and told the price would be over $200 instead. Doubling the price after the vehicle is already in their possession is unacceptable and feels very misleading. If there were additional charges, they should have been clearly explained before the work began, not after the fact. Customers deserve transparent pricing and honest communication. Based on my experience, I would be cautious about trusting quoted prices here.

This past weekend my husband and I had to have significant work done on both of our vehicles. Alix worked so well with us to get the best pricing possible and went above and beyond for his customer service. He even returned after hours to help with an issue on my husbands car. We absolutely recommend you go here.

As a woman, I’ve dealt with places where women were made to feel talked down to or taken advantage of when trying to get car repairs—not the case here. Alix at the service desk was incredibly helpful and honest about how long things would take and estimated cost. I highly recommend this location.
